wine of the month May

The wine of the month May is again a Sauvignon Blanc. I tasted this wine twice in "The Nose Bar" and enjoyed it really much. SB is one of the really thriving varieties here!!

Very clear flavors of asparagus, peas, lime and lemon on the nose, but on the palate a complete other dimension with exotic fruit like melons, passion fruit and pineapple.
